Cold room temperature!!! Contact phone numbers ineffective!!! Late check-in due to unresponsive management!!! Damp carpets, poorly drained shower, and broken window seals causing noise and drafts!!! Above a loud nightclub open late!!! Food wrappers found!!!

It was just a good match for a short visit in Wallsend with reasonable price. The shower didn’t drain well, but it was amusing when I was told I had an upgraded en-suite on check-in, even though I already booked one. Make sure to check if the room feels warm enough before staying.

Spacious twin room, but the room was freezing cold during my stay.

I had a good time trying out the cozy coffee corner and enjoying the impressive views from the terrace. The place was perfect for unwinding, with a lovely pool and a great spa. The only little issue was the temperature in my room, which was a bit chilly for my liking. 😌

The bathroom had a problem with draining, taking hours to clear after a shower, which was a major inconvenience. While the room's cleanliness could have been better, particularly with carpets needing a good vacuum, I did appreciate the flat-screen TV and tea-making facilities available. the location was lively, but the comfort level suffered due to the cold room and noise.

Request extra blankets upon arrival to combat the cold, especially in winter months.

The shower also took about two hours to drain completely, which is not ideal for quick refreshers. Finally, be prepared for noise from the nightclub below, especially if you're trying to get some rest before a busy day.

The best part was being so close to the Metro station🗺️! But I was freezing in the Twin Room, with broken seals and a loud nightclub above – not ideal for sleep.
